At the press conference for tvN's 'Youth Over Flowers - Africa' on February 18, actor Ryu Joon Yeol talked about his 'Reply 1988' co-star, Park Bo Gum.

"Park Bo Gum is such a man of few words that during the six months we were stuck together filming for the drama, we never conversed," Ryu Joon Yeol revealed, surprising everybody. "However, while we were vacationing [for the show], we were stuck together, and we got friendlier and closer while talking a lot."
Mentioning a bit more about Park Bo Gum's character, Ryu Joon Yeol relayed, "Park Bo Gum is so cautious and silent that through this opportunity, I was able to know his inner thoughts well and we became the closest we've ever been."
