During Channel A's recent airing of 'I Heard a Rumor Show,' Hong Jin Young revealed the harsh training she received for about a year while she prepared to be in a girl group.

"For a short while, I also promoted in a girl group named Swan, and even before that, I prepared for a girl group three times," she revealed. "I had to keep maintenance on my eating and, every Sunday, I climbed a mountain, which was difficult. On top of that, from Monday to Friday at 4 AM, I went to the Han River. I had to run back and forth for two hours. I did that for one year. After that period of time, I hated exercising so much."
