In said clip, a gaggle of male students are seen encircled around their teacher, striking him multiple times with a broom stick, and shoving his head with their hands, jeering and cursing him all the while.
The teacher, who was reported to at the school for a temp position, just meekly suffers through the bullying, resisting only with his arm as he takes attendance. What's worse is that among the students who were watching the whole event unfold, not one stepped forward to intervene. Instead, they egged on the bullies, capturing the moment with their cell phones.

According to a student who attends the school, the male students had gotten angry because the teacher "marked students who weren't absent as 'absent.'"
The teacher plans to take action if the bullying continues and added that he was considering monitoring the students in question along with punishing them for their disrespectful behavior.
Meanwhile, Gyeonggi-do Office of Education has revealed that they will investigate into the matter as quickly as possible and take an appropriate course of action.
