The health show featured a 'heart's disease' special, which encouraged guests to be open with their emotions. Kwanghee and Hyun Young were matched up to have a small diss battle, and it got a little intense.
Kwanghee told Hyun Young, "You're not pretty, but I told you you're pretty. You know that, right?" She responded, "You know your eyebrow tattoos are awkward, right?"
He had another diss for her, saying, "You said you'd bring a present from Bali, but you didn't," and Hyun Young replied, "You know your face still has bruise marks left on it, right," pointing out the effects of his cosmetic surgery.
