On Facebook, a Korean man named Kim Dowan shared photos showing his body's metamorphosis into a sculpted, jacked physique from the doughy, rounded form it was before. Kim uploaded a total of three pictures, a solid testament to the hard work he put in to achieve his ideal body. He shared the photos along with a caption that revealed how he went from 90kg (200 lbs) down to 67kg (150 lbs).
