All three members of JYJ reported to be reuniting at an awards ceremony!

JYJ's label C-JeS Entertainment told My Daily October 20, "Junsu's attendance has been confirmed, but whether Jaejoong and Yoochun will attend is still up in the air. We are trying our best so that all three can attend." 

Apparently, Junsu will be participating in the event as both an attendee and a performer, putting on a show by himself, whereas Jaejoong and Yoochun can't perform due to their enlistment status.

However, C-JeS is waiting for the okay from the Ministry of National Defense for the two to at least attend the ceremony. Once the Ministries of Culture and Tourism and National Defense and The Military Manpower Administration come to an agreement, Jaejoong and Yoochun's attendance for the ceremony will be made possible.
