A rep from his agency stated on August 26, "Song Seung Hun went to Liu Yifei's birthday. However, the rumors of a proposal are false." Liu Yifei celebrated her 28th birthday on August 25, and the couple was seen arm in arm. Reports say that miss A's Jia was also present.
