Rainbow's Jaekyung revealed that she actually cut her nails and spit before weigh-ins during her trainee days due to the stress of meeting weight limits.
On the August 29th episode of 'Same Bed Different Dreams', Jaekyung said, "During Rainbow's trainee days, the agency would weigh us every week and put it on a bulletin board. It was so stressful that before the test, I would clip my nails and spit out saliva."
She added, "I couldn't cut my hair because of the styling, so I tried to at least get rid of the moisture."
