According to legal insiders, JYP Entertainment sued the CEO of Dexter Lab, Han Sa Min, for one-sidedly cutting off 2PM's new MV filming and causing their comeback schedule to be changed.

JYP Entertainment said, "Dexter lab's Director Han Sa Min told us that he could not film the MV because of an artist he was related to that was promoting at the same time, and one-sidedly told us that he would stop productions 4 days before the filming." According to JYP Entertainment, because of the abrupt change in schedules, 2PM had to push back their schedules about two weeks.
They explained, "Because of the above irresponsible actions, the artists with packed schedules in and out of Korea had to change everything from MV planning, MV filming date, album release, and even to the marketing PR plans." However, Director Han said, "We did not formulate an official contract, and we did not agree on the filming date."
The court has determined the two sides will hold a mediation on a currently unconfirmed date.
