JYP Entertainment revealed to Newsen in a phone call earlier today, "Suzy has received an offer to appear in tvN's new drama 'Cheese In the Trap' and after examining the role carefully, she politely declined." Anticipation was running high for the potential encounter of Suzy and Park Hae Jin in the new drama, but now viewers won't have the opportunity to see their on-screen chemistry.
Meanwhile, 'Cheese In the Trap' is set to be romance drama about a female college student and her strange sunbae. It will be produced by Lee Yoon Jung, who has previously worked on 'Coffee Prince' and 'Heart to Heart.'
