Around the same time Girls' Generation member Taeyeon announced she would take legal action against haters, former member Jessica had coincidentally uploaded an Instagram post. This led many netizens to wonder what the meaning behind her caption was.
On July 20, Jessica had uploaded a classy black and white photo of herself with the caption "What goes around comes around #karma #sweetdreams."
Some netizens had written, "I'm curious as to what the intentions to her words were," and "No matter how I think of it it seems like she was firing against Taeyeon."
After comments like these, Jessica changed her caption into "Really..?"
