Not too long ago, two of hyukoh's songs, "Panda Bear" and "Lonely" were accused of plagiarism, leading their agency HIGH GRND to release a statement refuting the the accusations. However, one of the songs is being accused of plagiarism once more.
hyukoh's "Panda Bear", which the band officially released in January of this year and performed at various events back in 2014, is now being accused of being too similar to Beach Fossils' 2010 track "Golden Age".
An online community posted a comparison video, bringing about a mixed reaction. Some say the songs' chord progression and overall sound are way too similar, while others say the two are different.
