Actress Kang Ye Won talked about her first love on the May 1 edition of JTBC's 'Witch Hunt,' revealing that he ended up with her very best friend. However, she turned out to have a very cool attitude about it all.
She explained, "There was a boyfriend whom I've dated for seven years since freshman year of high school. I and my best friend dated him. She also had another boyfriend, but she confessed to me [she liked him] in tears. She told me, 'Sorry.' I was okay with it. I thought that rather than dating a man from my past, I could meet a better man, so I told her, 'You two could be fated to be together. I was young, so all I remembered was playing at the playground [with him], but you two are meeting as man and woman.'"

That's pretty cool. Kang Ye Won also revealed that the man had been her first love, saying, "I do think of him, but it's not important. The bottommost thing, the furthest thing, is the first love. There was some hurt as I thought, 'What if it happens again in the future?' but I'm okay."
