Sam Hammington surprises with his 10.2 kg (22.5 pounds) weight loss in three weeks

Sam Hammington had previously shared that he started exercising and dieting in order to become a healthier father. Looks like his new routine is working, since even before measuring his new weight, the set was surprised by Sam Hammington's new appearance, which was further enhanced by him growing out a beard.

When asked about his feelings regarding his diet, Sam Hammington started, "I can be honest right?" before proceeding humorously with, "I'm dying." He confessed, "For the past three weeks, my temper has become much worse. I've been married for two years yet I fought the most with my spouse for the past three weeks."

Joining him in his diet struggles are swimmer�Kim Kyung Jin who lost 8 kg (approx. 17.6 pounds) and Won Mi Ran who lost 10.1 kg (22.3 pounds). The three are currently engaging in the Yoo Seung Ok weight loss project for ten weeks and will be continuing on their diet.�
