The One is accused of forging official documents seemingly for lower child support payments

Lee recently filed a lawsuit against The One. She explained, "One day, I noticed that my medical insurance suddenly increased; when I visited the insurance building to confirm, I saw that my job status was listed as employed. I never gave permission for this to happen, but I believe that [The One] forged an employment contract under my name."�

Gwangjin Police told Edaily Star, "Currently there is nothing confirmed; it's just the accuser's persistence." They continued, "Later, if it's true that [The One] did forge documents, because the money is affiliated with a corporate body (the insurance company), The One may face charges of embezzlement, violation of duty, and fraud."�

Currently the investigation is still being carried out. Gwangjin Police will simply try to find out if The One is indeed guilty of forging official documents before handing him over to the Gangnam Police to conduct�a more thorough investigation.

At the time of the report, The One was staying in China for a filming of�'I Am a Singer.' The One's entertainment agency stated, "The One has yet to know about what's going on and will give his position when he returns home." They continued ambiguously, "This is content that Lee had already agreed with, but there is a lot of unfair content."
