When it was announced that first in line was Kangin, LE commented worriedly, "I think he would be scary." However, Kangin warmly refused while waving his hand and said, "I'm not like that. I'm different from the person you've seen in the news before."
In the situational video, Kangin displayed a charismatic yet understanding and gentle boyfriend in front of his girlfriend. However, once the girlfriend had left the scene, Kangin revealed his anger by roughly moving around his straw.
Kangin was previously involved in an assault case involving two other individuals at a pub back in 2009. Although the idol claimed innocence, it was later revealed through CCTV that Kangin was throwing a few punches and kicks. However, the case was resolved after the court judged Kangin's action as an act of self-defense.
