It was previously reported that singer Hwayobi filed a lawsuit against her former label for fraud with private documents related to an investment contract that cost 1 billion KRW.
Hwayobi attended the prosecutor's office on February 5 for her second cross-examination with the CEO of her previous label. Hwayobi told the press prior to entering the office, "This is making me scared and nervous, but I will participate in the investigation with honesty."
On this day, the rep of the singer revealed that Hwayobi's previous label had already been involve in a lawsuit against Younha in the past and lost the case. The rep then added,"After signing with Hwayobi in December of 2010, due to unsatisfactory support, Hwayobi was forced to go on hiatus for three years."
Meanwhile, Hwayobi released her comeback album '820211' back in January and is currently promoting her title track, "My Man."
