miss A's Jia will be making her film debut in the upcoming movie 'Third Love'.
Jia was in talks last year to star in the film alongside names like Song Seung Hun and Liu Yifei. The miss A member appeared at the press conference for 'Third Love' on January 8 in Beijing where the idol and rookie actress said, "Thank you for giving me the chance. I sincerely thank the director in particular for helping me and teaching me. I'll do my best. I ask for your support despite my lacking acting skills."
She'll be playing the role of Choo Wol, the younger sister of the lead female character who also has a one-sided crush on the lead character Lim Ki Jung played by Song Seung Hun.
Jia has previously starred in the Chinese drama 'One and a Half Summer', which also starred her JYPE labelmate 2PM's Nichkhun. 'Third Love' is expected to hit theaters this spring.
