It was recently revealed by a representative of B.A.P that TS Entertainment has yet to file a response to the lawsuit regarding the nullification of exclusive contracts.
On December 22, the representative revealed to media outlet OBS, "Currently, the petition has been submitted but TS Entertainment has yet to file a response. If the response is filed by the end of this month, a court date can be set. We are expecting it to take place around February or March."

The added, "At first, the B.A.P members had hoped for an amicable settlement, but because the agency is making false claims on having de facto power, they are considering a lawsuit for defamation. As of now, the members are not in direct contact with the agency and the communication is taking place through legal representatives."
