Luhan and SM Entertainment will enter court-referred mediation later this month!
The Seoul Central District Court decided on December 4 that the first round will take place at 2:00 PM KST on December 16. The court-referred mediation means that the two sides will need to meetup to discuss the issue at hand (i.e., the validity of Luhan's exclusive contract with SM Entertainment) in the hopes of reaching an agreement. Failure to do so will take the case back to court.

Meanwhile, SM Entertainment will be having their second court-referred mediation with Kris on December 5.
