Chun Yi Seul has been embroiled in a lawsuit lately with a plastic surgery clinic that claims she has not paid off the bills for the work done to her face. �SBS's 'One Night of TV Entertainment' dived headlong into the case in the November 5 broadcast, talking to both sides of the situation.

Plastic surgery clinic A revealed they had yet to receive payment from Chun Yi Seul for her cosmetic work, which is why A took legal action against her. �The clinic stated, "She did not pay the expenses. �We filed a claims lawsuit for the payment of 30 million KRW (~ $28,000 USD)." �A also revealed that they had performed plastic surgery on her for free under the contract that she would be their promotional model, but the contract had been annulled. �

Chun Yi Seul's side remarked, "It's true she underwent plastic surgery. �We did not know the whole content of the promotional contract, nor had we known about the discussions between the CEO of her previous agency and the plastic surgery clinic or about the sponsorship."

However, a year ago, the homepage for A featured pictures of Chun Yi Seul as well as pictures of her before surgery, fake signature, an interview that was never actually conducted, and even specifics on the types of surgery she underwent.

Chun Yi Seul's side stated, "We did not know it would be publicized like this, but they publicized it. �We sent them a certified letter telling them to stop further advertisements between the previous agency CEO and hospital A."
