EXO's Chanyeol apologized for his mistake at the end of this week's episode of 'Inkigayo'.
As one of the hosts, he stood next to Lee Yu Bi, who was announcing that she would be leaving her hosting role. Chanyeol was holding a bouquet, which he was supposed to give to her as a parting gift.
However, he accidentally handed the bouquet to B2ST's Hyunseung, and a period of awkward silence followed as they figured out what to do next!
In the end, B2ST ended up holding the bouquet, and the hosts resumed their narration. Following the broadcast, Chanyeol posted an apology to his Instagram.
"Everyone, I made the mistake of giving the bouquet to the wrong person during 'Inkigayo' live broadcast??" he posted. "It happened so fast, and I apologize for the mistake and congratulations to B2ST seniors for first place, and thank you to Lee Yu Bi for her hard work, good luck with the 'Pinocchio' drama!! I'm sorry."
