We last left off watching Soo Wan (Goo Hye Sun) finding out that Dong Joo (Lee Sang Yoon)'s mother Jung Hwa sshi was an organ donor, and she finally found out the twelve-year-old secret that Jung Hwa is the 'angel' who donated her eyes to Soo Wan. Dong Joo and Soo Wan's father Jae Bum's fear comes to life when Soo Wan sobs with a sorry heart because it was Jung Hwa all along and she never knew. But a bigger shock comes when Soo Wan overhears her father getting on his knees and apologizing to Dong Joo for being responsible for his mother's death.
