Lee Jong Suk and Park Hae Jin proved to be closer than their characters on SBS medical drama 'Doctor Stranger' as shown in some pictures of the two on set. In two shots, Park Hae Jin slings his arm around Lee Jong Suk's shoulders and leans in for what almost looks like a back hug!

Although looking slightly tired, they smile cutely at the camera while Lee Jong Suk even pouts with aegyoin a solo shot.
