The members broke down their red sun dance into three moves: reverse dance, nightmare dance, and wiggly wave dance. They gave guys a few pointers on how to dance their way into the heart of the girl of their dreams with charismatic motions. But for those times when you haven't won your dream boy or girl, the members also demonstrated how to express that pain with the nightmare dance.
