Jang Yoon Jung to step down + Hyorin to join as guest MC of '1000 Song Challenge'

As Jang Yoon Jung is expecting a child in June, she will be leaving SBS's '1000 Song Challenge'. �To help fill in for her, Hyorin will be brought in to join the show as a guest MC for four weeks.

Multiple broadcasting reps told TV Report on March 31, "Jang Yoon Jung wrapped up her last recording of 'Challenge 1000 Song.' �Hyorin was appointed as the guest MC of 'Challenge 1000 Song' as Jang Yoon Jung's temporary replacement."

Starship also confirmed in a phone call with Tenasia, "Hyorin has been appointed as the MC... Starting from the April 20th broadcast, she will be appearing in it for 4 episodes."

Jang Yoon Jung is expected to return to activities in September, so it's still being discussed whether a new permanent MC will be brought in later or if the singer will return to her position after a series of guest MCs.
