It has been revealed that the two perpetrators behind the malicious edited photos of Davichi's Kang Min Kyung (23) gave up their appeal and accepted their sentencing.

According to court reps, the two perpetrators did not submit a petition for appeal within the one-week deadline, meaning they won't be fighting their sentencing.
Kang Min Kyung's agency Core Contents Media told Star News, "One of the perpetrators sent a letter of apology to the agency... He admitted all of his wrongs and apologized."
The two behind the photos of Davichi's Kang Min Kyung previously received a six-month jail sentence suspended for two years, and a requirement of 80-hour community service. As they have given up appealing the verdict, their sentencing has now been finalized.
