As the year is coming to a close, it is time to reflect back on what happened throughout 2013. �Some people made a name for themselves through an awesome hit song or charismatic drama appearance while others established special relationships and made newsworthy comments. �Which celebrities stuck out this year? �Here are a few superlatives summing up how certain people particularly caught everyone's eye!

BEST FRIENDS OF THE YEAR

Bora + Tiffany, Suzy + IU

It was hard to just pick one set of best friends. �IU and Suzy are famously known to be extremely close to the point that when IU was asked how Suzy described their friendship on another show, she knew the exact answer word by word. �They are magnets--they stick together and pull each other around. �At the same time, I could not ignore Bora and Tiffany because they also seem like such cute, close friends. �They've expressed their excitement multiple times about being able to see each other more often now that they are appearing on 'Fashion King Korea' together--even though they are supposed to be rivals in this survival reality program! �They even did a photo shoot together so they just had to be included.

MOST LIKELY TO BE EDITED OUT FOR HONESTY

Heechul

'Ssul Jeon' seems to have no problem with the honest Heechul on their show saying this and that, whether he is saying 'Running Man' is immature, expressing frustration about infamous 'SM dramas,'�or how he has to urinate because of sasaeng fans. These can be rather controversial issues that either have readers pumping their first in excited agreement or stomping their feet in agitation. �Regardless, Heechul is the go-to guy for some blunt honest opinion and stories.

RISING STAR COMPOSER

Jonghyun

Although Jonghyun had initially made his name through charismatic dance performances and his talented, unique singing style, he is now becoming quite famous as a composer! �He has been releasing a lot of great songs, such as IU's "Gloomy Glock" in which he features and even Son Dam Bi's latest title song "Red Candle."� You definitely need to watch out for this guy because he will be coming out with more awesome songs, no doubt.

BEST BROMANCE

Jung Hyung Don + G-Dragon

Is anyone surprised by this? �Probably not. �They had amazing chemistry ever since they started working together on the 'Infinite Challenge Song Festival' to the point that G-Dragon was the first YG artist to appear on Jung Hyung Don's variety program 'Weekly Idol' and the two of them were even nominated for 'Best Couple' for the '2013 MBC Entertainment Awards'! �Everyone is keeping a close eye on this couple just because they are so lovable, funny, and adorable!

QUIRKIEST CELEB OF THE YEAR

Jung Joon Young

This guy is strange. �He's talented and funny, but he's strange. �He's the guy who talked about picking boogers, eating red ants, clogging up toilets, and farting on 'Radio Star' while discussing how he copied scenes from internet stories to pick up women overseas�on 'Happy Together 3.' �Perhaps it is because of his special quirks that he has garnered a lot of fans. �If you want to see more of him, you can always check out his chemistry with Jung Yoo Mi on 'We Got Married' or watch the third season of '1 Night 2 Days.' �

COUPLES OF THE YEAR

Lee Bo Young + Ji Sung, Lee Sang Soon + Lee Hyori

These two finally tied the knot this September after dating for a while. �They are a very good-looking, sweet couple that seem like they are head over heels for each other. �In addition, Lee Bo Young and Ji Sung were in hugely successful dramas 'I Hear Your Voice' and 'Secret' respectively so people kept an eye on them even more this year than usual. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Lee Sang Soon and Lee Hyori also tied the knot this year in a small ceremony on Jeju Island. �While it was not as big a fanfare as Lee Bo Young and Ji Sung's wedding, it seemed a lot cozier with only their close family and friends present. �These two are very cute and head over heels, as well, which is why they were also chosen. Congratulations to them!

Sunny

This year has been filled with precious photos of Sunny showing her sweet aegyo to the happiness of her fans! �She just brightens up everyone's day with her SNS updates, whether she accidentally posts up a picture of a squirrel, shows off her weekend with her nephew, or enjoys some chocolate-covered oranges.

MOST ANTICIPATED ROOKIE

WINNER

This may seem to be more anticipatory of next year rather than commemorative of this year--but it's not. �Although there will be a lot of great debuts next year with JYP and SM showing off their talented trainees, WINNER has already stolen everyone's heart with how hard they worked on the survival program 'WIN' this past year. �People are already emotionally invested in this group and are continuing to follow them through their latest reality program 'WINNER TV' even though the group hasn't debuted yet! They've proven themselves to be passionate, dedicated, and talented--not to mention, it has been forever since YG released a boy group. �The last one was Big Bang like 7 or 8 years ago! �No doubt people are very excited to see WINNER perform on stage as an officially debuted group.

KING OF FAN SERVICE

Woohyun

A lot of idols are sweet and thoughtful so they do many various fan service, but one of the best has to be Woohyun who spent around $3,000 of his very own money to present flowers and rings to lucky fangirls�in, what, every single place INFINITE went to on their world tour these past few months?! �That is very romantic and sweet and Woohyun is pretty well-known for being "greasy" towards his fans. Undoubtedly, the many girls who did not get the flower and ring probably swooned anyway when they heard about this and Woohyun may very well be stealing away his fellow members' personal fans!
