Tony An, Lee Soo Geun, and Tak Jae Hoon will have the first hearing for their illegal gambling case on December 6th.
The three were notified of their summons on the 15th. It won't be just the three of them in court - they'll also be joined by a Mr. Kim, a former celebrity manager, and a Mr. Uhm, a choreographer.
The five of them are among the 21 that were investigated by the prosecutors for illegal online gambling. They used an online gambling site and text messaging to gamble an incredible amount of money.
Tony An gambled 400,000,000 KRW (approximately $376,000 USD), Lee Soo Geun spent 370,000,000 KRW (approximately $348,000 USD), and Tak Jae Hoon spent 290,000,000 KRW (approximately $273,000 USD).
