Seungri recently uploaded a video onto Instagram of himself enjoying a helicopter ride over Tokyo, Japan. The city looks beautiful from the view in the sky especially near the end with the orange lit sky. The video and its caption seems to be publicizing the fact that his Japanese debut single album 'Let's Talk About Love' will be released on October 9.
