Oh Jong Hyuk said that 'Laws of the Jungle' helped him overcome his sociophobia!
He's a part of the cast in the�Caribbean episodes of the show, and the cast had their last episode on the 27th. During his solo interview, he confessed, "After I debuted as a celebrity and got close to people in a short period, I got hurt just as much. So I got scared of getting close with people. Before I realized it, I was really closed off to people."

He continued, "I even realized myself that I was scared of meeting people. So I had a group of people who I always saw, and they'd tell me, 'You need to open up a little'. I'm not good with relationships to people, so I tried to make an effort, but I had a hard time. But here, I thought that I wanted to get close to them first. I always drew a line first, so I never felt that way. I'm sad that I have to end the feelings I shared with a new family."
