Lee Joon and Kim Hee Sun to star in movie 'Botox'

MBLAQ's Lee Joon has been cast in the movie 'Botox'.


The movie is based on a webtoon of the same name that ran from April 2009 to March 2011, and was highly popular for readers in their 30s-40s. The author of the webtoon, Hwang Mi Na, will be directing the movie herself.

Lee Joon will be playing the male lead Geon, while Kim Hee Sun will be playing the author in her 40s, Young Sook. The comic actually has a romance in between a young man and an ahjumma, so readers are wondering how the combination will work out. The movie will start shooting in September.
