In the clip, with English subtitles, Kang Seung Yoon reflects on his long training period, happily monitors his footage on the beach and even takes some time to play around a bit.
Kang Seung Yoon makes a heartfelt promise to fans in the clip, "Until the day my limbs, my neck, and my entire body fade away, until the day I use up all my body parts, I'm going to do my absolute best."
