It's White Day in Korea, which means it's the time of year to give candy to that special someone. In the holiday spirit, IU was chosen as the #1 female celebrity who people want to give candy to on White Day.
KBS' 'Live Info Show' conducted a survey asking the public, "Who is the female star you want to give candy to on White Day?" The female stars on the list included Kim Ji Min, Park Mi Sun, Shin Bora, Lee Young Ja, IU, UEE, Lee Da Hae, Han Chae Young, Jun Mi Sun, and Choi Jung Yoon.
After 300 votes were counted, it was IU who came out on top as the #1 female celebrity due to her cute charm and pretty visuals.
IU shared, "I didn't even realize it was White Day because I was so busy filming. I am really thankful to 'Live Info Show' for thinking of me and making me #1. I will enjoy the candy. I hope you receive a lot of candy and have a happy White Day. Thank you."
