It's a powerful vocalist vs. a powerful dancer for this edition of WWIB! On October 20's 'Patti Kim Show', soloist Ailee wore a black minidress with long sleeves and either studded or rhinestone trim.
f(X)'s Victoria wore a very similar dress to the 'Busan International Film Festival' on October 5, though hers dress appears to feature twice as many studs or rhinestones.
