Joo Won revealed his unique nickname on 'Win Win'.
He said, "Because of how I am on '1 Night 2 Days', fans call me 'hyung-phile' [referring to my affinity for hyungs], on the internet. I was a bit surprised when I heard it. But it's true. I really like my hyungs." He explained, "I listen to anything hyungs say. My older brother is usually nice to me, but when he gets mad, he's really scary. Even if I'm tired when I get home after filming, if he says, 'I'm cleaning, but what are you doing?', I just get up and clean."
MCs Lee Soo Geun and Kim Seung Woo, who film '1 Night 2 Days' with Joo Won called him the 'prince of skinship' and revealed, "He comes over often to be hugged."
MC Tak Jae Hoon cut into their conversation and asked, "I'm going to ask seriously. Do you like men or women?". Joo Won laughed and said, "I like women."
Lee Soo Geun confirmed this and said, "He really likes women. I'm not joking. He likes them a lot," bringing laughter.
