On October 10th, SHINee released their fifth Japanese single, "Dazzling Girl". Unlike their previous Japanese singles, this track is an original Japanese song and was chosen as the theme song for the Japanese TV Series "Sukkiri".
By selling 55,543 copies on the first day, the result was good enough to place second on the Oricon Daily Chart. This is their best Japanese single result for first day sales.
