Actress�Kim Ha Neul revealed that she gave up drinking for one full year.
On the September 17th broadcast of SBS' 'Healing Camp', Kim Ha Neul shared that when she was 29 years old, she went through hardships that made her stop contacting people, even her closest friends.
Kim Ha Neul said, "After breaking up with my boyfriend, I thought that I may do something I regret if I drink so I gave up drinking for a year. I didn't send him text messages nor did I call him. To be honest, there was a time that I drunk dialed my ex-boyfriend before that. I told my friend that if I get drunk and call him then she needs to stop me immediately, but my friend also got really drunk," which brought laughter to all those around.
She went on to say, "After that, I didn't act according to my emotions. I think people [connect based on fate]."
When asked, "After you stopped drinking, stopped meeting your friends, and broke up with your boyfriend, what did you do?" the actress responded, "I worked out. I did weight training."
