Girls' Generation's Tiffany was seen wearing the same black dress as actress Oh Yeon Seo.
Oh Yeon Seo was first spotted wearing this mini dress at a production conference for her drama, 'Unexpected You', on February 21st, and months after, Tiffany was seen wearing the same dress at a press preview for the recent movie, 'I AM'.
Both celebrities kept their looks plain and simple. Tiffany wore black pumps to match the dress, and her bright hair color complemented the outfit.
On the other hand, Oh Yeon Seo wore stunning purple pumps, playing up the more mature, feminine feel of the dress.
