MBLAQ's Lee Joon who has officially been dubbed as the 'variety show idol' after displaying his sense of humor and witty personality on various entertainment programs will be making a drama comeback this summer.
Lee Joon first displayed his acting potential through the Hollywood movie 'Ninja Assassin' in 2009, but he focused mainly on his music promotions soon after. Now, the singer will be making a return to the small screen through a traditional Korean drama series this summer, and is currently in the process of reviewing a few different scripts.
The singer has been receiving a number of love calls for different projects, thanks to his many charms and talents as a sexy dancer, former dance major, and more.
An insider informed OSEN on June 19th, "Lee Joon will become a lot more active with his individual promotions, featuring in both variety shows and drama series."
In related news, Lee Joon and the rest of MBLAQ will be launching their 'BLAQ%' Asia Tour, starting with a show in Indonesia on June 30th.
