A photo revealing the dorms of YG Entertainment's idol groups of the past and present have drawn much interest. The agencies growing advancement in the industry is clearly evident in the difference between the photos of it's past dorms.
The photo above was posted on an online community message board under the title, "When YG wasn't so well off". The photo contained screen captures of Big Bang's dorm in their rookie days and pictures of 2NE1's dorms.
On one hand, Big Bang's dorm appeared to be small and quite messy. On the other hand, 2NE1's dorm looks like a very nice place to live especially with their multitude of electronics and contemporary furniture.
In particular, many onlookers where jealous to see that 2NE1 lived in a high rise with a beautiful view of the Han River. They commented, "Big Bang said that rats came out of their rooms while they slept during those days" "2NE1 is living in luxury thanks to Big Bang" and "Seeing it like this, YG really did make a lot of money".
