Fans were shocked and definitely noticed a change in the singer's features. With her thick, smokey makeup, Lee Ji Hyun no longer has the innocent beauty she once had, but a total opposite.
Netizens commented, "Is that the Lee Ji Hyun I once knew?", "What did you do to your face?", "Did you get plastic surgery?", and, "I was shocked when I saw that picture."
Back in 2009, the plastic surgery issue came up and, at that time, the singer vehemently denied having any additional plastic surgery. What do you think?
