Singer and actor Lee Seung Gi has catapulted his debut Japanese single to the top of the Oricon chart!
According to the Oricon chart on March 6th, Lee Seung Gi's single, "Alone In Love", ranked first on the Oricon daily chart from the moment of its release. The single itself sold 18,542 copies in a day and beat out Yamashita Tomohisa's single, which took second, by quite the margin.
The results are surprising considering that he hasn't been able to promote the single due to his commitments to his drama, 'The King 2 Hearts'. Fans commented, "It's Lee Seung Gi, of course," and "I knew he'd rank first on the Oricon."
