Lee Ji Ah joins the cast of Athena: Goddess of War

Lee Ji Ah will be joining Soo Ae, Jung Woo Sung and Cha Seung Won in the IRIS spinoff Athena: Goddess of War. On the 15th, the production company Tae Won Entertainment announced that Lee Ji Ah has officially been cast in the next installment of the action drama. They said, "She has shown off different types of characters and images in a variety of dramas. She doesn't seem like a rookie and she is what we imagine the character Han Jae Hee to be like. I think she will shine through her sunbaes. She will show off her personality. Please anticipate her role." She will be working for the NTS (National Anti-Terror Service) in the drama and will be tied in a four-way relationship with the three other actors. She will be working in the European office of NTS as a spy. The drama is expected to air in the latter half of the year.
