Which celebrity is most marketable?

Of the celebrities in Korea, it has been announced that Jang Dong Gun, Kim Tae Hee, Rain/Bi and Lee Hyori have the best celebrity brands. The results for Best Celebrity Brands study, undertaken by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies, were announced at the Korea Brand Conference 2009, which took place on November 25th. In the male/female actor category, Jang Dong Gun, and Kim Tae Hee took the number #1 spot. Although this marked the fifth year that Jang Dong Gun received top honors, it was a first for Kim Tae Hee, who took the coveted spot from Lee Young Ae, previous winner for the last four years. In the male/female solo musician category, Rain and Lee Hyori held down the top spot for the sixth and fifth consecutive years respectively, and Yu Jae Seok and Shin Bong Sun received top honors in the male/female comedian category. The "super brand" study by the Institute for Industrial Policy Studies was based on answers from an online poll, which ran from March to October of this year and had over 3,000 participants ranging from 20~ 60 years in age.
