We reported earlier that Jo Sung Mo had suffered an ankle fracture while performing a long jump during a filming for KBS2TV's Dream Team - Season 2. It was revealed on the 4th that Jo Sung Mo who is now recuperating from his serious injury, has set off a chain of events which will see him lose up to 10 billion KRW. Jo Sung Mo's injury means that he will not be able to follow through with his nationwide concert tour and Mozart musical which are both scheduled in the coming weeks. Jo Sung Mo's management had early booked venues in 10 different cities nationwide for his concert tour. But with his injury, the booking fees amounting to nearly 5 billion KRW will now be forfeited instead. In addition, the appearance fees for his Mozart musical totaling 1 billion and the delay of his album release amounting to 4.5 billion, will mean that Jo Sung Mo will be incurring losses of around 10 billion. But compared to money, the company staff are hurt that all their effort put in over the past year have now gone to waste. This was especially so for Jo Sung Mo, who had taken professional lessons in piano and violin for his concert. Jo Sung Mo is now focusing on his recovery and he will be going for his second operation in 2 - 3 weeks time to remove the metal plates, currently piecing his bone together.
