Who Does Ivy Thank For Her Sexy Singer Image?

Sexy singer Ivy, whom recently made a comeback, revealed that she had originally intended to debut as a ballad singer, but a certain fellow singer had convinced her otherwise. On Mnet's Ivy Back, she confessed, "At first, I was planning to follow Lee Soo Young-sunbae's footsteps to become a ballad singer, so all the training I did before my debut was geared toward that goal. But my agency insisted that I try learning how to dance as well, so I went to the JYP training studio before my debut to learn. And when I was practicing my dancing there, Park Jin Young (JYP) told me, 'Being a dance-singer would suit you better,' which led me to debut as a sexy singer." She continued, "Previously, I didn't even imagine that I would become a sexy singer, but Park Jin Young inspired me to find a part of myself that I didn't even know existed. If it weren't for him, it could've been hard for me to debut as an artist." So it seems that JYP doesn't only inspire his own trainees, but other companies' trainees as well! Not bad.
