Choi Jin Shil's Grave Robber Caught?

Not quite... The police investigation team in charge of the case of Choi Jin Shil's stolen ashes, revealed on the morning of 25th August that they have apprehended a possible suspect, named Jang. The suspect was caught by police on the 24th, after attempting to jack-up the initial police cash reward to 1 billion KRW. According to the police, Jang had made 4 phone calls to Choi Jin Shil's burial site between 2.15 - 9.30pm on the 24th, claiming that Choi Jin Shil's urn was in his hands. He then asked for one billion KRW in exchange for it. The police moved swiftly to track down the phone call and managed to apprehend, Jang on the same day. Through initial interrogation attempts, Jang revealed that he was tempted by the huge cash reward offered by the police to catch the real culprit and had hoped to use the money to help him through his difficult life. The police has confirmed that the suspect, Jang is not the same man captured on CCTV footage released earlier. But they are not discounting the possibility that Jang could be an accomplice and will continue to interrogate him. The police had offered a cash reward of 3 million KRW the day before, hoping that the public could assist them in finding the real culprit as soon as possible. It was also revealed that the burial site committee has also chipped in with 0.3 million KRW, raising the total cash reward to 3.3 million KRW. But no real leads have been given as yet. Mighty shame that it was just a false call. The wait continues.
