Faceless Trot singer Rani is Jang Young Ran...Oh Shocker

What a surprise. The faceless trot singer who debuted with the title as the "2nd Jang Yoon Jung", gathered much attention from the media for her "catchy tune". The very first time I saw her music video for "Ppulnateo" I had this thought in my head --> "Dot dot dot. No comment". It seemed as if the singer was going for a more comical look than musical, and I kept thinking about how much she looked like someone I saw before. Then, on her first debut performance on Music Bank, I immediately recognized her funny gestures and voice even though half her face was hidden. I thought, "Oh my goodness. That's Jang Young Ran", and look! I was right! Today on Gag Concert, Wang Biho forced her mask off, and, what a surprise! It was the comedian, Jang Young Ran. Oh Shocker. Can she make it as a trot singer? We'll have to see. Maybe she should have kept the mask on. Save our eyes. And while she's at it, maybe she can save our ears too.
