The MTV Video Music Awards Japan will be taking place on May 30th at the Saitama Super Arena near Tokyo and two of Korea's biggest boy bands: Big Bang and TVXQ / DBSK will be in attendance... I think... Big Bang is confirmed to be attending because YG Entertainment Japan posted up a statement on their website stating that they would attend, they're also listed on the MTV VMA Japan Website. TVXQ on the other hand is pure rumor at this point. They're nominated for "Best Group Video" for MIROTIC and one would think they would attend, but there's a scheduling conflict because TVXQ is scheduled to perform at their concert in Fukuoka (about 550 miles away) at the time of the Award Show. Wonder what they'll do? Regardless of what happens, I hope Big Bang has a good time and TVXQ wins the Best Group Video award. Thanks to ray for the tip.
